Administrative Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Office Management
  • Staff Management
  • Office Operations
  • Events/Tasks/Projects Coordination
  • Admin Department will serve as support for accounting, marketing, customer service, and executive departments.
  • Range of tasks will be very dynamic. Must be able to take on any challenges and think creatively.

Qualifications:

  • Two years personnel and office management experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • Applicants must be able to use Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Full-Time position.
  • Required language(s): English/Tagalog.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
